C. D. Warner & Associates will be the only firm to fill the assignment and will provide a minimum of 3-4 Quality Candidates within 30 days. We offer a full 6 month guarantee with this search.
- Exclusive Guaranteed Contingency Search - Client pays a retainer of 20-30% of the total estimated fee upon execution of an agreement and the balance upon Completion of the Search. C. D. Warner & Associates will be the Only Firm used to fill the assignment and will provide a minimum of 2-3 Quality Candidates within 30 days. We offer a 3 month guarantee with this search.
- Non-Exclusive Contingency Search - No upfront payment. The client pays 100% of the total fee upon Completion of the Search. The client may use multiple search firms as well as use their own resources to fill the position.

This type of search guarantees full time recruiting effort from one of our partners.
When choosing an "Exclusive Retained Search", C. D. Warner & Associates provides a "process," not a mere provision of referrals. This process is thorough, detailed, and specific. Our staff will evaluate our client's employment needs, the detailed job description and the specific requirements as defined by the Hiring Manager. We generally will participate in an internal search of the client company for individuals who might be promoted to the job, or might be appropriate with judicious restructuring of the job. When a Retained Search Agreement is executed, all candidates, referred by C. D. Warner & Associates or any other source will be placed through our process and presented to the client by us, as a qualified candidate. Either following or during the initial internal search effort, the search is expanded -- not merely outside the Client, but nationally or internationally depending on the importance of the job and the rarity of appropriate candidates. C. D. Warner & Associates will engage in extensive industry research, networking, personal interviews, thorough reference checking, and initial selection of the most promising candidates. More interviews are held, the client is prepared to meet with candidates, and C. D. Warner & Associates remains involved until a qualified candidate is hired and commences employment with our Client.
"Guaranteed Contingency Search" - Client pays a retainer up front and the balance of the fee upon Completion of the Search. This is a high level exclusive search and C. D. Warner & Associates will be paid for results upon successful completion of the search and placement of a candidate. We will guarantee that we provide you with 2 qualified candidates within 30 days and we also offer a 3 month guarantee with this type of search.
"Contingency Search" - Client does not pay any money up front and the entire fee is paid when the search is complete and you hire one of our candidates. This allows you maximum flexibility but does not come with any guarantee. We will certainly apply all of our extensive experience and resources to assist you in finding multiple qualified candidates.
Our Contingency search is typically the best option for our client's when they are filling lower level management, sales and technical positions. We recommend choosing a Retained Search when filling Director level. "C" level Executive positions and any Hard to fill or Mission Critical positions. When choosing a "Contingency Search", C. D. Warner & Associates provides a "process," not a mere provision of referrals. This process is thorough, detailed, and specific. Our staff will evaluate our client's employment needs, the detailed job description and the specific requirements as defined by the Hiring Manager.
