Doug Warner has been active in Executive Level Sales Management with major corporations for the past 20 years. His primary expertise is in Sales Management, P&L, General Management, and Strategic Sales Training throughout North America and Europe. He has successfully revived the sales organizations of several major corporations by evaluating, recruiting, training, and reorganizing sales departments. He developed and implemented sales processes and programs that increased sales productivity, improved morale, and motivated employees across multiple departments within the corporation.
Doug has held responsibility for directing and managing large sales and service organizations dispersed throughout the U.S. and Canada. He has been responsible for P&L management in excess of $40 million and sales quotas in excess of $15 million in new business. Doug was recognized with numerous awards for outstanding achievement from several corporations such as Applicon Computer Systems/Schlumberger, Apollo Computer Systems, Novadyne Computer Systems, Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services (Now Decision 1 Corporation) and ICL Sorbus in Europe. He also received Presidential recognition from Bell Atlantic Business Systems for his superior consulting services to ICL/Sorbus Europe. In addition, he has extensive experience in selling high ticket technology and services at the executive level to Fortune 50 to Fortune 500 corporations worldwide.
During the last 15 years of Doug's corporate employment, he has interviewed hundreds of candidates and personally recruited and hired over 150 sales, management, technical support professionals, and administrative personnel.
Doug Warner formed C.D. Warner & Associates in 1996 to offer his unique problem solving skills to major corporations in the form of Recruiting Services. He will assist companies with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing sales and management professionals to increase revenues and profitability for the client corporation. Having recently come from an executive position in the corporate environment, Doug has first-hand experience with matching the right people to the right position. Susan has been with C. D. Warner & Associates Executive Recruiting Firm since it's inception in 1996 as the Vice President of Finance. Effective on July 01, 1999 she has also assumed responsibility for all Business Operations. In her new role Susan will be responsible for all Management Information Systems which include Computer Technology, Database Administration, Telecommunications, and all financials relative to the business.

Susan's successful 25 years corporate experience has been focused in Management Information Technology Systems, Finance and Banking. Her career included various positions held in Management and Operations with Shared Medical Systems, First Keystone Mortgage, Windsor Financial Services, Jefferson Bank. and National Penn Bank's mortgage division.
Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and corporate experience in Information Technology, Finance and Banking to the C. D. Warner & Associates organization. As one of the Co-Founders of SB Data Services she has assumed the position of Managing Director for that division of C. D. Warner & Associates.
